I'm a dynamic coach, facilitator, and writer based in San Francisco, CA. Over the years, I have held leadership roles at a range of organizations working to create empowered, compassionate communities through mindfulness and meditation, education, and storytelling. Today, I’m delighted to work privately with coaching clients and to support the innovative college access organization ScholarMatch as their Director of People, Culture, and Generosity.
I hold a BA in Religious Studies and Women's Studies from Guilford College, an MA in Gender Studies from Central European University, and have completed post-graduate work at the Inter-University Centre in Dubrovnik, Croatia. I have also completed a facilitation fellowship with DiversityWorks and and hold a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology Coaching from San Francisco State University.
My commitment to fostering personal and community transformation is guided by a dedicated Buddhist practice and a lifelong drive to explore that which gives our lives meaning, purpose, and joy. I strive to weave these values into my coaching and workshop offerings, presenting clients with powerful opportunities to engage with meaning, mindfulness, and their own capacity for good in all aspects of their lives.
